SHERMAN JONES
My name is Sherman Jones and I am a Realtor that has 20 plus years of experience in Real Estate Industry. I been married for 38 years (to the same woman) and we have seven children. I received a Track and Field athletic scholarship from San Jose State University where I was a Social Science Major with a concentration in Ethic Study’s and I Minored in Sociology. Before I became a Realtor, I work for the City of San Jose as their Special Events Coordinator creating a variety of social and educational events for over 4,000 Elementary, Middle School High School Students who resided in the City of San Jose. My education along with my previous job experience prepared me to for the field of Real Estate because it taught me that 1- you must know the history of the community in which you serve, and 2- you must create a good relationship to be effective when serving others. I decided to become a Realtor for two reasons, 1- I love serving people, 2- I wanted to help people fulfill there American Dream of becoming home owners. My hobby is coaching Youth Track and Field because I love helping young people reach their goals and travel to places that were beyond their imagination. I am a Navy Veteran that enjoys assisting Veterans with their Real Estate needs. I am a Probate Real Estate Specialist. I choose to specialize in Probate Real Estate for two reasons: 1- I got involved with a family member that had to go through the Probate and I saw that hundreds of people were victimized in the Probate process because they did not have good representation, and 2- I saw a great need to educate people on the subject of having a Trust versus going to Probate Court because their Real Estate was not in a Trust. Because hundreds of people make the mistake of not securing their Real Estate in a Trust, there are numerus Probate Homes that are available for selling and/or buying. My slogan as an CMB Realty Services Realtor is “I am never too busy for a referral to make a Real Estate Dream A Reality"!
